It is oven safe up to 220 degrees Celsius and suitable for all cooktops including induction. The weight of this lid, along with internal self-basting rings, ensures that food stays moist and the flavours are intense. This pot also comes with Chasseur silicone pot holders that slip onto the handles to protect your hands. They have a high heat resistance and are dishwasher safe.
